One of the
core attributes that Dickey’s Barbecue Prides itself on is the dedication they
have to all of their guests. Recently, CA-560 went above and beyond for a
member of their community when they found they had made a minor mistake on
their catering order. The employees on duty personally drove to where the
catering was being held and brought them the corrected order.
The guest
was so blown away by the store’s efforts that they wrote an amazing Facebook
review of the store and promised they would always continue their business with
Dickey’s.
This is a
great example of a location putting their guests first and proving that
Dickey’s is an integral part of the community.
