10 Mar 2013
1 rack of pork ribs
3 ounces of Dickey’s Rib Ticklin’ Rib Run
Sweet Barbecue Sauce
-Rub down the pork ribs with Rib Rub.
-Using a smoker, smoke the ribs for 3 to 3.5 hours, maintaining a temperature between 270 and 295 degrees F.
-Remove ribs from smoker and coat with Sweet Barbecue Sauce.
-The best way to check the doneness of the ribs is to pick up the ribs with tongs on one end and if they bend nicely in the middle with the meat on top of the bones breaking a bit then they are ready to serve.
