Family Friendly Dickey’s Barbecue Pit Expands in Colorado with New Castle Rock Location

(Castle Rock, CO) Seth Warren will bring a new family friendly restaurant option to Castle Rock when he opens Dickey’s Barbecue Pit on Thursday, July 24 at 11 a.m. The first location in Castle Rock kicks off with a three-day grand opening celebration where the first 50 dine-in guests receive gift cards worth up to $50.
Friday, the new Dickey’s Barbecue Pit in Castle Rock will offer all day merchandise giveaways. Saturday, radio station 98.5 KYGO is onsite from noon to 2 p.m. This location will be serving $2 pulled pork barbecue sandwiches. Also, one lucky winner will be chosen for a $500 gift card and three winners will receive free barbecue for an entire year.
“I love that Dickey’s Barbecue is so family friendly as a popular fast-casual restaurant, and I think both qualities are going to make it successful in Castle Rock,” said first time owner, Seth Warren. “Most people here have never tasted genuine slow smoked Texas-style barbecue and I think it’ll be a big hit.”
Warren resides in the area with his wife and two young children. Dickey’s Barbecue Pit has nine locations in Colorado with several more under development.
