New Dickey’s Barbecue Pit Hosts Texas Size Barbecue Party in Avon

(Avon, IN) A Texas size barbecue celebration kicks off Thursday, October 9 at 11 a.m. when Dickey’s Barbecue Pit opens in Avon. The three day grand opening includes big giveaways like three chances to win free barbecue for an entire year. The party kicks off with the first 50 dine in guests receiving gift cards worth up to $50.
“The second I tried Dickey’s Barbecue, I knew the people in Avon would love Texas-style barbecue --especially the brisket,” said general manager, Anne Ellis “We’ll be one of the few barbecue restaurants in the area and we’re looking forward to providing a new catering option for area events as well.”
The party continues on Friday when guests can feed their barbecue cravings with $2 pulled pork barbecue sandwiches and country station 97.1 The Hank FM is onsite from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. One lucky winner will be chosen for a $500 gift card and three winners receive free barbecue for an entire year. On Saturday, stop by for merchandise giveaways when the location offers Dickey’s Barbecue t-shirts, sunglasses and more.
